David Hasselhoff

David Hasselhoff  set the Guinness World Record for being the “most watched man on TV”.  He first gained recognition on “The Young and The Restless”, playing Dr. Snapper Foster. His career continued with his leading role as Michael Knight on “Knight Rider” (co-starring with none other than his new duet partner, Rebecca Holden) and as lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the series “Baywatch”.  David began his recording career in 1985 when mega platinum record producer Joel Diamond gave him his first chance to record.  Diamond signed David to his own label, Silver Blue Records, and produced  David’s first album, “Night Rocker”, which shot up to #1 in Germany (outselling Michael Jackson & Madonna), unleashing an entire new career in music for David.  He went on to star in Broadway musicals such as Jekyll & Hyde, Chicago, and The Producers, and continues to sell out stadiums around the world.

His acting includes "The Adventuures of Ford Fairlane,"  "Blue Jasmine,"  2018 "A Star Is Born," etc. & also TV show "Entourage".

His persona of "Dice" and his famous "Nursery Rhymes" initially was a shock to his mother, but even she got used to it and he recalled her laughing at his jokes.

The 5 Browns

They scored hit after hit including multiple #1's: "Candida", "Knock Three Times", “Sweet Gypsy Rose”, and his signature song which was #1 in 60 countries, "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree". Eddy Arnold is the Father of Country music, Country Music Hall of Famer, winner of Academy of Country Music Pioneer Award, and the man they claimed to have been the richest person in TN from his peanut farming.

"Country Lovin" was charted in Billboard Country Music charts.  The “tag” line sums it all up and was the reason that Eddie fell in love and related to this song...“a country lovin’, lovin’ kind of man.”  A fine song that has not yet seen its full potential.

Britt Ekland

The Swedish actress and yes, Peter Seller's wife & Rod Stewart's "ex".  This is the one and only record that Britt ever made, and is now a collector's item in many countries.  Sensual lyrics, and in the break down in the middle of record, she raps in French (just in case you’re interested.)  Originally pressed as a picture disk, an individual vinyl picture disk record has been known to sell for over $250.00 in certain countries.

Spirited party song with music courtesy of one of the hottest groups around, Chic (of “Le Freak” fame).  The sensual and sexy spoken word opening (including the title of one of her ex-husband’s hits, “Tonight’s The Night,” in the intro) kicks into a high energy club record.  There is a rap in the break-down of the record that ain’t Queen Latifah...but it works.  Strong track and background vocals help drive this high energy track.  On the last night of the session, all of her chic and arty friends came into the studio for a “listening party”, and we recorded all the Hoopla and inserted it into the end of the record.

Bozo The Clown

Bozo the Clown, sometimes billed as "Bozo, The World's Most Famous Clown", is a clown character created for children's entertainment and was hugely popular in the second half of the 20th century.

It was Larry Harmon, who not only bought all the licensing rights to the Bozo character but also became Bozo, who contacted Joel Diamond about recording a new Bozo record.

Diamond brought on Ron Dante, who was the famous lead singer of the Archies’ “Sugar, Sugar”, one of the biggest single records in music history.  Dante lent his voice to the demo and co-produced the record with Diamond.

This all began when Joe Pesci called his friend and producer Joel Diamond, and asked him if he wanted to see a private pre-release screening of "Raging Bull."

Within two days Joel Diamond was in the studio producing a live 40 piece orchestra and being conducted by brilliant arranger Harold Wheeler. The Robert De Niro/Joe Pesci movie, “Raging Bull”, was nominated for 8 Oscars and voted by many critics, including Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel, as the best film of the 1980s and won the “Best Film Of The Decade” award.

This instrumental adaptation of the classical piece, “Cavaleria Rusticana,” charted Top 50 on Billboard Hot 100.  There are two versions of this recording available; one with the beginning and the ending having the sound of the boxing ring “bell” along with the roaring crowd, and the other without either - take your pick.
